You can access your unit via a backup PIN sent to your registered email address. If you need to reset your access completely, log in to the online portal and generate new codes in under a minute.
If a payment fails, you'll receive an immediate notification by email and SMS. You have 7 days to update your payment method before access is suspended. We never remove stored items — your belongings are always safe.
Yes. Give 14 days notice and your contract ends. There are no exit fees, no penalties, and no forms to fill in. Cancel directly in the app.
Open the app, go to your unit, and tap Share Access. Enter the person's email address and set their access window. They receive a link to download the app and activate their access immediately.
